HOW DOES IT WORK?

The Challenge Your Peers session is where you can collaborate with peers to brainstorm and find actionable solutions to your most pressing challenges.

Before the event, select your biggest challenge as the roundtable topic and prepare 5 key questions that will help guide the discussion.

Participants join your session voluntarily based on their interest, experience, and current focus — no prior assignment is required.

During the event, you will brainstorm your challenge in a small group (up to 15 people) for 40-60 minutes.

Use a mind map to visualize the challenge with pens, stickers, markers, and a flipchart — we will have everything prepared for you.

All materials and outcomes will be photographed and published on our event platform, hubs101.

HOW CAN YOU PREPARE?

Your role is to guide the discussion and encourage participants to share their experiences and ideas.

Start with a brief round of introductions before moving on to the topic discussion.

Ask open-ended questions to foster conversation.

Document the ideas on a mind map to help visualize the discussion.

Be ready to offer extra encouragement when needed — some participants may need a little nudge.

Remember, a great moderator is a great listener!

We’ve got you covered — a short briefing will be provided during the first coffee break on the event's opening day.
