As a user experience professional for over 25 years, Chris loves learning what motivates users and customers so that he can be their advocate throughout the design process. He recently joined the Usability and Driver Workload Human Factors team at General Motors. During his five years with the company, he has also worked on UX teams in Manufacturing IT and Customer Experience divisions. He led user experience research for the MyChevrolet mobile app during a major redesign effort. He is passionate about using the UX research process to help create mobility experiences that are safe, usable, and delightful.
