Born in 1985 in Moscow. Represents the 3-rd generation, majoring in IT. Parents and grand-parents were engineers involved in large-scale state automation projects in the former USSR.
In 2007 graduated from Stare University Higher School of Economics (Moscow) and London School of Economics (London).
In 2006 joined Cognitive Technologies (cognitive.ru/eng-home) group of companies as a project leader responsible for a wearable health tracker device “Stress-Test” market launch. The device was used by more than 1000 fitness clubs in Russia.
In 2009 to 2010 was responsible for a spin-off project of Cognitive Technologies – a first Russian B2B e-Marketplace – SETonline.ru. Major clients included The Post of Russia, Rostelecom (a broadband telecom monopoly).
In 2010 became a #2 employee in a newly established Universal Electronic e-Marketplace (roseltorg.ru). Later became First Deputy CEO. Cognitive Technologies was a stakeholder and tech supplier. The UEMP became the biggest B2B and B2G e-Marketplace in Russia with more than $30B in yearly trade volume, counting more than 300K corporate paying users. In 2014 Cognitive made an exit to a strategic player.
In 2013 was invited by Gazprom to create a next-gen e-Marketplace for the gas industry as a CEO. The new e-Marketplace was called ETP GPB (etpgpb.ru). The SaaS solution, supplied by Cognitive Technologies, allowed to hedge the SAP usage and serviced more than 50K corporate users and $15B in trade volume.
In 2014 established a non-profit Association of Procurement Directors (“CPO-club”). More than 150 CPOs are now active members. The organization works as a think tank, a discussion platform, a lobbying structure and an information hub. Major projects include the new legislation on Federal level for state-owned companies’ procurement operations.

In 2015-2017 entered the Steering committee of a non-profit think-tank appointed by the State Russian Duma to elaborate new legislation on AI and robotics.
In 2017 founded a joint project with UEMP and VEB to create a nation-wide e-Purchasing platform for public expenditure based on blockchain technology.
