As vice president for ZF’s Global Electronics Product Planning group, Aaron Jefferson guides the company’s product development strategy across the Driver Assistance and Passive Electronics Product Lines.
Aaron is based at ZF’s Electronics Technical Center in Farmington Hills, Michigan. He is responsible for leading product planning for the global electronics business unit., including identifying market opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, creating product and technology roadmaps, identifying specific strategic issues/needs and developing and implementing resolutions – including M&A, partnerships, acquisition of key resources, capability, technology.
Aaron joined ZF in 2015. He previoulsy worked at Harman in product planning and strategy for Advanced Driver Assist Systems. Prior to Harman, Aaron spent 16 years at Delphi Corporation (now Aptiv), in electrical engineering, engineering management, product management, product strategy, and new business acquisition in ADAS and Electrification (e-mobility).
Aaron holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Indiana University.
