Dr. Edzko Smid is a Technical Specialist at Magna International. He holds a Master of Science from Delft University of Technology, The Netherlands, in Systems and Control Engineering, at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering, developing a Real-Time Modular Vehicle Simulation Environment, Oakland University, Rochester, MI. In 2003, Edzko started a company (iTrack) with two partners developing Positioning, Navigation and Control Technology for autonomous robotic systems. He joined Magna Electronics in 2016
