Joe is the Team Lead for the Advanced CX Design group at GM, where he leads his team in crafting the future of automotive experiences. He has been a leader in the automotive industry for over 12 years, guiding work ranging from production solutions to Autonomous Vehicles, eVTOLS, and more leading-edge projects. He has a Bachelor of Applied Arts, a Masters of Science (Psychology) and an advanced Graphic Design degree. His team utilizes a human-centered design approach to provide intuitive and delightful solutions in the automotive space, by establishing empathy as the foundation to all that they do.
