Since his time at the University of Maryland-College Park in SAE, Russell has always had a focus on innovating automotive products.
From previous engineering experience on various Body and Trim teams at Land Rover and BMW to his current position as a Director at dlhBOWLES, he continues to leverage his nearly 20 years in engineering to solve the pain points of users. Russell has spent most of his career in product development and is an entrepreneurial engineer at heart. His work has covered a breadth of product categories and produced more than 12 granted patents with his recent focus on sensor cleaning solutions.
